Conor is a sophomore doubling up in Literature and Political Science here at American University. Around campus, you can find him reading over submissions for AmLit, slamming down poetry with Mightier Than Swords, and participating with Peer Health Exchange. You can also live stream his show on WVAU, Bright Young Things, on Fridays from 10 – 11 am.

Major: Double major in Literature and Political Science
Dream job: Chill librarian
Favorite class: Transformations of Shakespeare with Anita Sherman
Greatest experience at AU: Last spring, Mightier Than Swords went to what was basically nationals for college slam poetry, which was one of the most brilliant, affecting experiences of my life.
Favorite thing to buy from Eagle’s Nest: Those gummy bears in the corner near all the dried fruit and stuff. I accidently spent twelve dollars on those once.
If you could have any animal as a pet, what would it be?: A dog! And we can already have those as pets! God is real.
If you could have dinner with anyone, alive or dead, who would it be?: Dolly Wilde, Oscar Wilde’s cool weirdo niece. By all accounts just as funny as her uncle, except she didn’t write anything down.
